Fuck the Korean govt. How much did I ever pay tax for better ? I swear to god fuck it all !!!!!

  2. > “I am concerned about how Korea will be able to accept other immigrants,” says Seong Dong-gi, an expert of Koryoin at Inha University, explaining that there is already “significant resistance” to the influx of ethnic Koreans who “do not look different”.

Surprised the article didn’t bring up the discrimination that North Korean defectors face to back this

Not many incentives for expat Koreans to return. Sure it’s nice to visit but I would know how to live there full time.

Being backward ass hermits that refused to adapt to the obvious modernity going on around the planet is what got Korea conquered at the turn of the 20th century. Not it’s being backward ass xenophobes when facing an obvious population collapse that will undo them in the 21st.

  5. As a returned gyopo who’s been here for 15 ish years… no.

We are going to help the population.

  6. If it’s a choice of moving to Korea versus husbands, sons, and brothers being conscripted and sent to die in Ukraine as part of Russia’s domestic ethnic cleansing program, I know which one I would pick, and many have from reading the article.
