The confession of the victim Moamer Kasumović

After the shocking discovery that Moamer Kasumović had fornicated with a minor and was sentenced to a year in prison, which he redeemed and then went to Montenegro, the Raport editorial office was contacted by a young man (name and surname known to the editorial office) who was the victim of a well-known actor.

The young man explained to us that he decided to confess in order to encourage other victims of sexual abuse to report their case to the competent institutions.

“I had and still have a lot of support from my parents, who gave me permission to address you, even though I am now of legal age, and tell what happened. They were by my side all the time, even now,” the twenty-year-old young man tells us today.

The touching story of this young man begins in 2019 when he was only 15 years old. He says that that day his father went to a bar in Sarajevo and that he took him with him.

There was a wider group of people sitting in that bar, mostly his father’s friends, and Kasumović was among those gathered.

“I grew up watching the series ‘Crazy, Confused, Normal’ and I recognized him immediately and I was glad to see him live,” he says.

“We were sitting and he addressed me. He told me about how series are filmed, about how the cameras are set up for certain scenes, and I wanted to enroll in the Academy of Performing Arts, so I found it all interesting”.

At one point, he tells us, he quietly whispered in his ear: “How many times a day do you masturbate?”.

“That question surprised me, but I thought it was a man’s story. At that moment I didn’t think anything”.

At one point, he suggested that they slip away and go somewhere for coffee to talk ‘about cameras, filming a series…’.

He accepted the invitation without thinking that he might be endangered in any way.

“At one point he told me ‘you’re beautiful’, gave me compliments, asked if I was gay…”, he tells us. Then Kasumović told him to go to the toilet to “pee”.

“I was confused, I completely blocked it, I didn’t react at that moment,” he told about the boy

Soon, his father and a friend came to pick him up to go home. Kasumović also gets into the car, who at that moment lives in a settlement that is on the route he will definitely pass.

The return home was even more shocking. The father of the boy was in the car, who was driving while his friend was sitting in the passenger seat. On the back seat were Kasumović and a fifteen-year-old boy.

During the drive, at one point Kasumović took the boy’s hand and put it on his penis, while he put his hand on the boy’s genital organ. At the same time, with a finger over his lips, he let him know that he should be silent.

“I froze. He slipped all the way behind my father’s seat, so he wouldn’t see him, and motioned for me to be quiet. I was silent in shock”, the young man tells us.

The next morning, Kasumović contacted him on Instagram.

“He contacted me after everything, which shocked me even more. He sent me a message asking if I slept well.”

The 15-year-old tells us that the next morning he went to a psychotherapist who listened to him and advised him to tell his parents everything that happened.

“The parents reported everything and the trial began,” he tells us and continues.

“During the trial, I gave my statement in one room, and he was in another. “Once he allegedly mistakenly entered the hall and entered the room where I was,” says the victim.

And after the verdict by which Kasumović was sentenced to a miserable sentence of one year in prison, which he bought for 36,500 KM.

“After that, I saw him twice. He walks normally, lives, as if nothing had happened”, the young man was outraged.

He says he’s glad he got the sentence.

“On the other hand, he is walking freely again…”
