Tonight I noticed there is a camera right above the toilet cubicles at the beat? Is this legal?
I understand maybe having CCTV of the bathroom area however directly into the cubicle seems like crossing the line. If the camera is for this purpose there is also plenty of better spots for this which don’t capture the inside of the cubicles.
Further, a few minutes after I noticed that 2 girls went in the same cubicle together at once. I know they were most likely doing drugs, however I did find it interesting that within a few minutes there was a security guard entering the toilets and telling the girls to get out of the cubicle. This made me think they have to be watching this footage quite closely?
What are your thoughts? Has anyone come across this before?
