Where to buy a blower fan? A lost Finn kindly asks for your help

Hi, my apologies if this post is not allowed, please remove if so.

This is a total shot in the dark but I’m currently in Tartu and in desperate need for a fan of this type (as one does). The problem is that I have zero local knowlegde on what chains or stores to visit on order to find something like this, so any tips on where this type of stuff might be sold would be greatly appreciated. I need it tommorrow so ordering online is out of the question but I’m able to drive. Any air conditioning service stores or professional electrical supplies stores? Hell, I’ll take a scrapyard if you point me to one 😄
