I assume there was a rocket or space launch or something, but driving back from Suwon on the evening of the 16th we saw this random thing, looked like a space ship maybe. Any idea what it was?

Looks like a streetlight.
Looks like an airplane. What time, which direction and where, _exactly_? I think I recognize that netting, and sunset narrows it down, but I am way too lazy to do that for you when you probably have the exact time and geo in your phone. I (or you) could plug it into a flight tracker.
