This is the most dangerous lake in the country, so I’m just going to step into it in a t’shirt.
Have you ever tried to walk in thick mud in wellies? Your natural rhythm is off and you fall forward. Idiot!

Really good video the chap just passionate about the health of our water. Pretty shit they allow it to get to this state despite all the warnings throughout the years but isn’t that the case with a lot of nature bits. Well a lot of our services to be fair.

Longest YouTube video I’ve watched in quite a while but good watch. Lough Neagh seems irreversibly fucked really. He says it will take 40 years to get to an acceptable quality if every pollutant was stopped today, but it won’t be stopped, it might be improved or lessened but basically then it’ll be hundreds of years of gradual improvementa if we don’t worsen polluting along the way.

“The Lough will claim a victim every year.
It has virtue that hardens wood to stone.
There is a town sunk beneath its water
It is the scary left by the Isle of Man”

I saw this video recently I thought it was thoughtful and informative whilst remaining entertaining.
It’s not perfect but for a one man production it’s very good.
I really hope that water standards can increase across the country.
It’s shocking what has been allowed.

‘An absolute ecological disaster’. It’s so shameful that there is so little talk about this. What was once a beautiful part of our country is now a no-go zone. Make the Brits sort it out before Ireland re-unites. This happened on their watch.

It’d be less harrowing if it was shorter.
