I’m fairly sure they are the highest in the chain, if we’re being literal
Almost everyone arrested for drug supply in this country are the ‘lowest in the chain’. I often see headlines of millions of product seized and it’s two lads in their late teens or 20’s arrested. I’m SURE they’re responsible for the production, logistics, and all the other inputs that goes into such a large supply… it’s like arresting a team of civil servant clerical officers for something Leo Varadkar did. This war on drugs is so fucked in so many ways, and I think it is damaging the fabric of society.
The drug industry has no end of “volunteers” willing to shoulder most of the risk.
Gone are the days of Pablo Escobar personally smuggling cocaine up his arse for the good people of Ballina.
pretty sure that’s the asshole dog that found a couple of grams of weed in my bag when i was flying to spain a few years ago! they just took it off me and let me board the flight and that was the end of it at least.
