ABC News reports that gunshots were fired near a Florida golf course linked to former US President Donald Trump on Sunday afternoon.
The Secret Service and Trump’s campaign say he is safe.
The White House says President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have been briefed about the security incident at a golf club where Trump was golfing.
Trump’s ear was hit by a bullet in July, when a gunman shot at the Republican presidential nominee during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania.
