  1. And now that corrupt court just set precedent for all the other swing states he’s on to do the same and try to sabotage this election across the board

  2. Why is it that Republicans can throw any wrench they want into elections at the last minute, but Democrats are never allowed to? SCOTUS has literally gone to hell because of this attitude. Wake up, the GOP hates our country.

  3. So the Feds should throw the corrupt NC Supreme Court “Justices” who violated NC Laws in order to make the state Violate Federal laws, in jail.

The ballot did not contain misleading information because the candidate RFK Jr. did not personally withdraw himself by the deadline required by law.

What actually seems to have happened here is that the justices made a nakedly partisan ruling in violation of state law, and causing other laws to be violated, because they have the power to do so, nothing more.

  5. I mean, they’re all still going to be counted right? Right??

GOP: “Some ballots came in later than usual it’s fraud sToP tHe StEaL”

  6. So because you are a a worm brain politician who sued first to get on the ballot, then to get off the ballot after you missed the deadline to withdraw, YOU get to keep millions of voters from voting early, due to MAGAT State court’s sucking up to Trump?

So one brain-dead politician can hold up voting in an entire state? This is Jim Crowism Part II. The GOP don’t want you to vote and they don’t care a hoot about your rights.

Vote Blue all the way down the ballot until the end. And ridicule the stooge RFK Jr. and the doddering Orange guy with “a concept of a plan.”

Well the court helped him along the way, useful idiot didn’t do it by himself. Apparently written laws are as useful as toilet paper for the GOP. They do whatever they want.

No. The courts did. They made this mess and each judge that was part of it should be called out for their shit opinion.

  9. Well I guess the Millitary and the olds won’t be voting. Better send them an apology letter and let them know what party fucked them.

  10. Needs to be a uniform rule for all states. He is on it because he didn’t follow the rules or he is off it because he did.

Letting him sue only in states where it’s in Trump’s best interest to remove him is actually interfering in the election.

And this is why the only credible response to remove him from the ballot should have been NO. This is obviously another Republican voter suppression tactic on a swing state.

I would call RFK Jr. a douche, but douches at least serve a purpose. All this chaos for his ego and he doesn’t care.

  13. “Where a ballot contains misleading information or inaccurately lists the candidates, it risks interfering with the right to vote according to one’s conscience.” says the party who actively supported and propped up a known MAGA plant. It was misleading letting that traitor be on the ballot to begin with but it was also legal. The same guy failed to withdrawal his name in time. They should be on the hook for all expenses. They literally are election interference.

RFK Jr wasn’t the reason. The conservatives on the North Carolina Supreme Court were the reason.

Making up rules and playing favorites. Vote blue.

  15. This is part of the plan. NC was red by fewer than 100k votes last election and if they can disrupt mail in voting, they’re hoping to make it more secure.

  16. What is wrong with America that so many whacked-out idiots are able to continually do so much damage?

  17. I wonder if this might backfire. I don’t know about NC, but in my state, Republicans actually tend to take advantage of early voting more bc it captures an older demographic. It’s possible that Trump support and enthusiasm continues to fall the closer we get to the election. If he blunders throughout the rest of the cycle, they may regret not having been able to bank more votes earlier, especially if it’s super close

What’s the total bill for reprinting? Assuming counties are on the hook for that. What company is printing those?

  19. I would have liked the state to tell the courts “its the law” and then just did what they had planned.

letting rich assholes fuck with the election norms and procedures will do that…this shouldnt be a shock, surprise or mystery, let alone even allowed.

  21. “State law requires early voting to begin on September 6, and federal law requires that absentee ballots be mailed overseas by September 21—a deadline election administrators are now unlikely to meet.”

Does this imply that if Harris wins the state, Republicans will have sufficient cause to argue that North Carolina’s electoral votes are ineligible to be counted, and possibly throw the entire election to the House?

  22. NC Republicans passed a voting update so starting this year all mail in ballots received after Election Day are thrown out. And now the ballots are delayed being sent out!

If at all possible, vote early in person- the USPS has already said they are expecting delays. I gave up on early mail in voting after this latest bs.

  23. This whole ploy is so disgusting. He wants to be off the ballot in swing states to help Trump. He wants to stay on the ballot in no-competitive states to try and pull down the popular vote numbers for Harris because the GOP is regularly trashed by the Democrats there.

  24. This is a perfect example of why Kamala needs to expand the court, so that these blatantly partisan state justices can have their shit served to them for pissing on the constitution

  25. How the fuck is a judge allowed to violate state and federal laws like that?

They just get to disenfranchise absentee voters? The majority of whom are likely service members stationed overseas.

  26. Election interference. I don’t care what the reason is. This is blatant interference and I hope a bunch of people with money can somehow sue the shit out of everyone responsible. Taking away early voting can absolutely influence the outcome of an election. Not everyone has the luxury of taking Election Day off of work. This is serious stuff. To make it even more obviously corrupt, it’s not even done straight across the board. This is being done strategically in a swing state where the GOP thinks RFK will take too many Republican votes from Trump. You almost can’t be any more blatantly corrupt than this.

  27. This is all part of the republican plan to sow chaos into this election. This is only a taste of what is to come.

  28. All this underhanded shit is so much hard work. Must be exhausting. Why don’t they just win votes
