Hi everyone ! Today I’ve found this paper (see the picture) hanging on a wall in my school and I was suprised because one of my friend received it one day (maybe 1 year ago) in his letterbox. So I was curious and I’ve found some posts from ~ 3 years ago ( for ex this one : https://www.reddit.com/r/Switzerland/s/6mESl1C8f4) mentioning these kinds of paper but no one found the real meaning of it and who is doing this.
I’ve searched a bit and I saw that all these stories happened in the Romandie region, and specially between Lausanne and Vevey.
There’s, i guess old norse symbols, chinese symbols, a license plate, emergency numbers (wtf?) and i guess the date when it was written at the top left.
Where should I post this picture to find maybe some people interested to search the real meaning of these ?
I hope there’s an explanation
