  1. Good job keeping your eye on the prize Donnie one time. Glad he is laser focused on the issues that matter.

  2. I truly wonder if in a post-Trump world (it has to exist in some fashion) anyone else will be able to get away with this much brazen career-ending shit or if this is the black swan case.

  3. >she wouldn’t have been the chose one

Just let that sink in. His defense is not “I would never sexually assault someone.” His defense is “she isn’t hot enough for me to assault”.

    What in the absolute fuck?

  4. I am 20 minutes into watching it on YouTube, and I just…I mean…I…This guy has a good chance of becoming the most powerful person in the world?

Trumpers, please, I am begging you to have some humility. Push pause on whatever your views are on Trump, and just watch this press conference. Don’t think of him as Trump. Think of him as your favorite teacher, friend, mentor, whatever. Please.

    This guy’s brain is gonezo.

Darth Vader himself (Dick Cheney) is going to be voting for Kamala. If you need permission, there it is. Just please. please watch it, in full.

  5. Until this traitor is jailed, all the trials mean nothing. At least one of the legs of democracy (the judicial) has fallen in the service of the MAGAts.

Grab yer hats – it’s gonna get bumpy.

    >“I never touched her,” Trump said of Carroll, during the New York City event. “I would have had no interest in meeting her. … She made up a story, fabricated 100%, that I attacked her.”

He had the chance to provide his DNA to clear his name, but he chose not to. He had the chance to take the stand, but he chose not to. His lawyers defense was to agree that Trump was present, just that assault never happened as a “he said, she said” tactic. No alibi was provided to dispute the facts Carrol provided about being with Trump. For somebody that swears nothing happened and is completely innocent, why would you not provide DNA and testimony to reaffirm your innocence in a “he said, she said” allegation.

  7. Trump voters with their moony-eyed grins of admiration, single teardrop rolling down the cheek: ‘This is normal! We’re normal!’

Quote from Trump. We all heard the tapes as well.
    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.com/news/election-us-2016-37595321.amp

Trump: “Yeah that’s her with the gold. I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful… I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything.”

    Bush: “Whatever you want.”

Trump: “Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything.”

  9. The 26 women who have accused him of sexual assault?

We live in a day and age where someone can be accused of sexual assault by 26 women – of this there is no debate, and 70 million fucking morons go “he’s our savior!”

    WTF?

  10. >“I wanted to show up to the first trial. My lawyer, who is not up here, not with us any longer, said, ‘Sir, you should not show up.’”

The quote had “Sir” in it. That means it is 100% bullshit.

I mean who can’t relate? I often hold mini press conference where I tell all the men who don’t want me that I’m breaking up with them.

    He’s so weird.

  12. This would be a 24/7 headline until the election were this Biden, Walz, or Harris’ husband.

But just another story that disappears in hours because it’s Trump.

  13. I don’t believe in an antichrist. But christians do. So many of them think it’s Obama or Hillary. The whole point of the antichrist of to fool most Christian’s into believing they are their savior. It’s literally Trump. Again, I don’t believe in that, but christians are literally failing for the closest thing there’s been in recent times. For Americans anyway.

“She would not have been the chosen one” can only be taken to mean that,

    1) rape victims should be proud to have been chosen

    2) he doesn’t think she’s attractive enough to rape

    3) trump can easily visualize himself raping someone – either because he has done it or it’s at the forefront of his mind

Am I getting this wrong? How is it possible to spin this in a way that doesn’t condone rape?

Try and imagine being innocent and someone accuses you of rape… in what universe, across infinite timelines, would an innocent person say what he said? Really think about this. Imagine it’s not trump who said it, imagine it’s just some random person at trial for rape and he says, “she would not have been the chosen one” am I wrong to think that 100 out of 100 people would take that comment to mean the individual is a rapist and or endorses rape?, i.e. “so you can imagine yourself raping someone – just not her?”

“She would not have been the chosen one”

Jesus H Christ there’s a lot to unpack in just that one short sentence.
