Every line of this article is insane.
Imagine meeting with the Practice Manager to discuss your concerns and then being charged a £60 consultation fee(!), and then that being one of the less ridiculous things to happen to you that month.
Just proves how blind upper management are to their employees needs
This should be a PR disaster for that law firm.
Either they are shockingly ignorant of the law, or they have a hugely inflated opinion of their abilities in court.
It sounds like they are all psychopaths, then again they are lawyers.
