Former federal judge Nancy Gertner and two legal scholars, Stephen Gillers and James Sample say rulings by Judge Cannon and her numerous delays have raised “well-founded concerns that she may be biased against the Government’s case and unable to manage that case impartially.” They’re seeking permission to file an amicus brief.”

I’m confident she’ll be removed from the case. Cannon served her purpose and did what Trump wanted her to do. He doesn’t need her anymore and really doesn’t care what happens to her now.

Shocking as it might seem….good old Clerence oversees issues with the 11th circuit. So, I see this going pretty much nowhere unless the “people” demand changes. VOTE, vote for congress people (house and senate) who are reasonable and will help to rid us of these corrupt jokers. “They” (the heritage foundation goons) are not necessarily for Trump, they are for whoever gives them the power over the people they desire. Trump is the useful idiot of the moment, the rest of them need to go (Donalds, Scott x2, Rubio, Vance, Johnson, FRJ, Comer, Stefanik, Mace, Greene, Bobert, McConnell, Cotton, Cruz…the list goes on). If they are on your ballot between now and 2028, vote NOPE to all of them. Let’s reset this choose your own adventure chapter.
