I was walking around with my kid in the middle of and, since I was carrying four liters of water with me, I set it down and kept walking around with a full view of the backpack. Sure enough, some engineer came by and immediately started rifling through the backpack. I chased this piece of shit away as he was drinking from my daughter’s baby water bottle.
