We all know you can get 100tonnes to LEO and then use that to make a reasonable sample return machine.
We all also know that politics and Congress wont fund it, want as much pork barrel pie in their districts and have their donors interests to represent.
Good luck China. Wake them out of their torpor and realising and light a fire under the public to get them to pressure for a better way of spending money to get to space than the current model.
