Buying a house with a garden in Poland as NON-EU citizen

Hello everyone,

Can someone tell me if a non-eu citizen with a long term residence card buy a house with a plot/garden for accommodation purposes without any permit or extra application?

I checked the government website and it says that if it’s for accommodation purposes, there is no need to apply for permission. Meaning I can just find a house with a small plot (let’s say 100 m2 house and 300 m2 garden) and just buy it?
