Some Muslims, mainly from Kosovo and Macedonia, have tired me by telling me that the name Shqip for the Arbëro language was invented to distinguish Muslims from Kauri.

The Greeks and Serbs use the same thesis, saying that the Albanians are Muslims and the Arbëreshes are Christians.
I remembered that the word Shqip for the language used by the Christians themselves, even the archbishop of Skopje in the book dedicated to Christians.
So that there will never be such confusions again.
I have nothing against Muslims, or Christians, but I hate the harm that comes from ignorance.
The Christians of Arbëresh spoke Albanian. 🇦🇱🦅

Shqip Gjuha, Arber/Arbën Kombi. Arbëria Vendi. Arberia u pushtua. Kombet nuk eshte se kishin ndnj rendesi aq te madhe sepse kryesisht feja ishte ajo qe bende ndarjen e personave. Ngeli vetem Gjuha Shqip. Orej Gjuhes pasi u rikthye ndjenja kombetare u be fjala Shqiptar. E ne fund u perdor Termi Shqiperi ne tentativat e krijimit te shtwtit modern.
