In the eyes of UK law Hamas is a designated terror group in the UK, irrespective of whether you think it is a direct UK enemy or not.
The UK is a staunch/complicit* Ally of Israel, and they’re no doubt getting heat to tackle UK protest groups, and this case will bring up some furious debate on both sides.
Finally, Starmer’s government seems to have a thing for the low hanging fruit offences of tweets as shown by the riot cases recently, so It’s gonna be interesting times all round.
