Edit: It turns out this is another case of “negligible threat to child safety so guidelines say perfectly ok for serial rapist to participate in upbringing.” So he’s not likely to sexually abuse them but his past convictions somehow don’t imply he’s a terrible human being and imply that he should be nowhere near children? His or anyone else’s!
