What in the hell I a this title. Belly flops into court in a desperate effort to avoid sentencing date? How does one belly flop into court and how will that help him avoid a sentencing date?

  2. Why tf havnt they pulled his passport? I’m sure he’s got a go-bag and Melania2 ready to go.

Do people think it is incompetence or a stalling tactic that he always seems to file these motions last minute? He had the date set months ago but files a very important motion just over a week from sentencing date.

blows my mind..everyday, that this guy, all the charges, rapes, insults, selling secrets, russian asset, …this guy…is running for president, again!! i mean…are people fucking that stupid?? how did we get to this point where almost 50% of amercicans think a rapist clown would make a good president??. what, the actual fuck happened to our society???????? its crazy , crazy fuckin world we live in now. i tell ya.

  5. He and the 250 lawyers he has are saying that September “crept up on them”….

These are big men, with tears in their eyes, saying “Sir, did you know that September starts this weekend?”

  6. Diaper boy seems to habe bottomless legal resources. As if every donation to his campaign is for legal services. Oh wait

  7. Time for every single judge in America along with all the lawyers to STOP ruining outr laws with all of ways they can and instead STREAMLINE THEM for all honest people to understand. Look what you’re doing with all of your statutes and asides. The AMERICAN LEGAL Association should be ashamed

  8. If the man was innocent, he would want his name cleared immediately.

With all of these stall tactics, it is abundantly clear that he is guilty and doing everything in his power to delay any legal action before the election and he is laying all of his hopes that he wins so he can kill all of his legal woes once he’s in the WH.

It’s disgusting how much of a coward and criminal this man is. He’s not willing to man up and face the music.

You can run, but you can’t hide, little man-baby, lol! You’re going to jail, and a celebration will be held by all. The jigg is up!!

This dude is filling his super-sized diaper on the hour as he contemplates life behind bars. I’m guessing the judge will take judicial notice of his recent violent desecration of Arlington National Cemetery as yet another sterling example of lawlessness.

“Don-Old, I think we’d all be better off, you included, if you spent a little time in the cooler.”

  11. Ok fine. We will wait until after you lose the election and we have no reason to not send you to jail. 👍🏼

  12. Love the surprise Tennenbaums reference in this article hahaha. One of my favorite lines

  13. No big deal. He can incorporate it into his perpetual martyr act.

I’d love to see him tossed into a violent inner-city jail (they should have done that with Bannon), but obviously that’s not going to happen.

    >At the risk of engaging with absolute bad faith horseshit like it’s real law, we’d note that even this SCOTUS wasn’t willing to detonate four decades of precedent in its zeal to blow up the administrative state.

I love when Lawyers are suddenly speaking english in a way even my nonjudicial posterior can understand.

Juan Merchan needs to sentence him to prison time. I think considering context like how he just keeps committing crimes and how dangerous he is that it really wouldn’t be all that hard to argue it’s the right thing to do.
