      Russians are going to have some dangerous ass post war gangs dude in ww2 in the usa the veterans cMe back and started the foundations for the 1%er biker clubs. Then vietnam the vets turned up a notch cause of the excess drug use in the culture at the time. Now this level of ptsd may breed some warlords.
