Here’s the Recipe.

Ingredients:
Oven Chips, Big Breaded Chicken Fillets (Use dippers or nuggets as an alternative), Green Pepper, Onions, Chilli’s (Optional) and Vegetable Oil. For the Seasoning, Combine Salt, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Chinese Five Spice and Brown Sugar. I also used McDonell’s Curry Sauce on this, as you can see.

  1. Cook the Chicken and the Chips until they are done (may vary by brand and type of Chicken and/or Chips you are using).
  2. Cut up the Onions, Peppers and Chillies (optional, didn’t have them today) and put the oil in a hot pan.
  3. Cook your Vegetables until they are done, then turn down the heat.
  4. Cut up the Chicken (skip this if you are using smaller pieces of Breaded Chicken), then put both the chips and chicken into the frying pan with the vegetables.
  5. Finally, stir in everything together and throw in the seasoning. This should be done in steps, to ensure maximum coverage of the seasoning on the meal.

Enjoy!

  1. I always make homemade spice bag too. Just throw some fries and chicken gujons in the airfryer with some onions and I add the spice bag mix that I buy from Lidl. Delish!!

  2. Alternative you can mix the seasoning in with yoghurt. And then coat everything with the yoghurt seasoning (even leave it marinate overnight). The yoghurt makes sure the seasoning and food doesn’t burn and helps give it an even coat.

It doesn’t look anything like any spice bag I have ever had but I’d still eat the shit out of it

Not to be a negative nelly, I’ve not eaten a spice bag, but that’s what my bairns get from the Chinese or Thai places, and it doesn’t look like yours. Yours looks like chicken and gravy, am I missing something?

Anyways, like I said, I’ve never had one, to each their own. Enjoy it internet relative x
