Is there a reason London seems to get all the attention for stabbings when I think the West Midlands’ rate is worse?

Don’t worry he will get a suspended sentence.
Meanwhile hurty words on social media will get you 3 three years.

  3. Awful. This feels like it’s almost becoming a daily thing now. As a father of 2 young ones, i’m terrified for their future.

Dear Christ what is wrong with people? Where are the communities of yesteryear? Society is going to.Hell.
One thing I’d like to toss out there:It’s not the knife that causes the problem,it’s the idiot brandishing it.

  5. Just to put things into perspective, I was raised on Merseyside in the 70s where you saw fights break out over nothing. I’ve seen people battered almost to death with tire irons and gangs of hundreds of skinheads battling police in riots so severe military vehicles were used to break them up. In broad daylight, gangs of youths armed with swords and axes would congregate and proceed to try and wipe each other out. 11 year-old kids dropping concrete slabs from bridges onto cars full of people, Entire anti-social families seperated and dispatched to every corner of the UK. I even had gangs armed with bats and shotguns turn up at my mum’s house, one time. It might be bad now, but socially it was a lot worse back then.
