      X is trash. Why does anyone even use it? It’s like an unmoderated version of any Wiki. Just because it’s written there doesn’t mean it’s valid or true at all yet so many trust it as a source of authority for information. This is one of the reasons democracy is spiraling

      If the Trump campaign can do all this, without being in government power in the executive branch, think how much they could do while in power again.

      So far:

      Ratfucked an Arlington National Cemetery Employee into not pursuing charges.

      Assaulted an Arlington National Cemetery employee for attempting to enforce federal law.

      Smeared that Arlington National Cemetery employee’s mental acuity.

      Utilized the Trump base’s long history of terrorist threats to leverage the Arlington National Cemetery employee into not pressing charges or talking publicly about the incident.

      Leaned on future Putsch pal Elon Musk to provide social media censorship and cover for the incident.

      Utilized the disputed footage from the same event for public relations and campaign purposes.

      NPR hasn’t Xeeted from it’s News accounts since April ’23.
      The warning was on links to the story from other Xitter accounts.
      The warning page has been removed as of today, from two separate links I clicked.
      (I follow Xitter so you don’t have to)

      Very tired of the hypocrisy. They feign outrage over Biden nudging Facebook to control disinformation on CoVid so people don’t get hurt. Then they just totally ignore what’s going on between Twitter, Trump and Elon Musk.

      Nevermind that during Trump’s campaign finance trial in NY we heard testimony that Trump paid the media for favorable coverage and also to bury negative coverage so he looked better during the 2016 Election.

      Democrats are guilty of caring about public health safety. Republicans are guilty of paying off the media during election cycles.

      I mean does it take a genius to tell which of those is demonstrably worse?

      I listen to NPR on a daily basis and they are as fair as they can be possibly be. If Kamala wins in November she and her administration need to crack down on Elon’s bullshit.
