Hi! First time using PP, can anyone please explain if PP send my post directly to the address that I specified on the envelope or the receiving person must go to the post office to receive it in this case?

They can have more info in their system, not everything is shown online.
I don’t remember the last time I saw a postman delivering anything directly to the address. Probably like 12-15 years ago
They do deliver to your door, but recently there’s been a problem with the lack of employees. My letters stopped being delivered and I needed to go personally to the post office.
Pp often delivers to address, by the sound of this they’ve left the letter in the mailbox where it’s waiting for the recipient. They will NOT display the full destination address, just the regional post office that performed the delivery.
In case of letters with confirmation of receipt it’s not uncommon for them to just leave an “awizo” slip in the mailbox. In that case the recipient has to visit the post office with that slip in order to pick up the letter.
