In the recent AKW discussion we often hear the argument that we can’t store enough energy for Winter.
This study shows, Solar Photovoltaic in the Alps can produce as much in Winter as a standard solar plant in Wädenswil in the best months in Sommer.
So about 3-4x the amount in Winter compared to a standard installation.
And about 2.5x the energy per Panel and year.
