Deranged Jack Smith at it again with a neverending, rigged, witch hunt against poor ole’ convicted felon and rapist Ronald “Bone Spurs” Rump and his innocent friends /s /s /s /s

  3. This is the best tl;dr I could make, [original](https://lawandcrime.com/high-profile/jack-smith-warns-trumps-alleged-co-conspirators-they-cant-hide-behind-scotus-granted-immunity-for-their-private-acts-with-the-former-president-in-jan-6-case/) reduced by 82%. (I’m a bot)

    > The special counsel's office took pains to sidestep the U.S. Supreme Court's attempted evisceration of their Jan. 6 prosecution by filing a superseding indictment on Tuesday that intends to resuscitate, with due haste, their case against former president Donald Trump.

    > In an early section of the superseding indictment, Smith looks to stake out territory that both precludes the use of "Official acts" claims by the defendant, and which also serves as a warning to alleged co-conspirators that the Supreme Court's ruling was not for them.

    > Notably, the new indictment renders almost all of pages 9-11, as well as most of page 23, of the original indictment moot, seemingly in accord with the Supreme Court's ruling.

  4. It’s like every time I question something Jack Smith does or doesn’t do, it turns out he really is playing 4D chess. Though I wish he asked for Cannon to be removed, he obviously knows what he’s doing. The wheels of justice and all that.

Besides Trump, I just want to see MTG in jail. All her pandering to the J6 insurrections is just plain disgusting.

Nothing would making me happier. Well, maybe after Kamala whips Trump in the ABC debate. Unless he’s too much of a wuss to do actually debate.

I like how he calls this out ahead of scotus getting involved. This cuts them off at the knees.

  7. Imagine a world where Harris wins convincingly and she lets Jack Smith off the leash and Garland goes to live upstate on a farm with more puppies like him.

    It would break the GOP.

  8. We’ve all had to endure 8+ years of Trump bullshit. From beginning to end it’s been exhausting and the very least we all deserve is for this sack of sht to spend some time in prison so that we can get a reprieve from having to be constantly aware that he still exists and quite honestly worrying about the implications of every thing that parasite does and says. I am not even American, but his shenanigans this past decade have been exhausting for the entire world. Make it end well.

  9. I really believe that Jack Smith would make an excellent AG. So far he has navigated perhaps the biggest legal tightrope in the nations history with amazing poise. Politics don’t seem to matter to him, just the rule of law which is how it should be.

  10. I mean MTG literally asked for a pardon on the day of J6. Innocent people don’t just ask for pardons.
