Ok, that’s brilliantly petty. Fair play to the bloke. I might try this on a smaller scale next time I put wallpaper up somewhere. Just write ‘told you wallpaper was a shit idea’ on the back.
I was imagining marble pillars like one might see on a Roman temple but no, the squat, oblong plastic pillars are indeed ugly enough to warrant such a letter from anyone with a modicum of good taste.Â
