    Hello everyone,

    For all those who like to watch Kassensturz from SRF:

    Please tune in to Kassensturz today, August 27th at 9 p.m. on SRF 1. A report by SRF Investigativ will be discussed there. It will examine a repeated, systematic case of fraud in the real estate industry. This systematic case of fraud is enormously complex and the whole story is simply unbelievable. It has literally destroyed many families (both financially and psychologically) and driven them into ruin. It is simply a scandal.

    The longer article, which is more detailed than the Kassensturz article, will also be published today from 5 p.m. on SRF Impact (YouTube channel).

      I’m looking forward to see the report.

      And I already fear what it will tell us: the scammers get away with stealing millions and the scam-victims are left ruined.

      That seems to be the “default” in our legal system. We are a scammer’s paradise. (I’ve ‘witnessed’ quite a lot of scam cases due to my job as well as privately. )

      Probably something like: “Trustworthy Construction Partners GmbH” went into bankruptcy and leaves behind millions of damage. The owners of “Trustworthy Construction Partners GmbH” have already founded their new company “Honest Building Associates GmbH” and are repeating the same scam with new victims, totally unchallenged by the legal system.
