I got this for free but don’t know how to use it. Do you put it on bread? Do you use it in recipes? What can I cook with it? Pls help.

    It’s Russian, not Bulgarian. But it’s probably similar to Bulgarian lyutenitsa.

    To my knowledge lyutenitsa is less aggressive, more oriental and we take it with a pinch of salt.*

    saute onions in oil ,pour the jar ,fry for 5 mins add 2 eggs stir, after 2 3 min add white bulgarian cheese, stir and remove from stove, toast some bread enjoy
