i don’t think anyone here is legally obliged to do that after work and i guess it depends on the size of the company how often that happens. We would just have to shift our own work-culture, i guess the law won’t force us to

One of my friends who used to work for an advertisement firm got calls even after doing overtime work as the project came close to the deadline. No wonder she didn’t extend the contract and quit as soon as she found a way out.
I mean, they call if they want, you don’t have to answer..
Of the countries I’ve worked in (France, Germany, and here) the situation about work/life boundaries is by far best in Switzerland. Obv that’s anecdotal though.
