Wow… imagine if we could build 2 lines of low floor buildings right across this avenue, creating small town of historical and tourism attractions. Just imagine how many people would want to see that avenue of ancient unexplored rocks and some traditional Armenian buildings with cafes, shops, hotels and museums and etc.
