Kamala can win me over…. But I need to hear more from her. I’d love to hear her on a long form podcast of some sort where she’s asked tough questions. I want to see how she responds. Give me that, and I might vote for her. If it’s going to be more of the same bullshit we’ve seen the last 4 years where she reads a prompter every time we see her, I’m sitting this one out. I can’t vote for Trump, but the last 4 years have severely soured me on the Dems.

Putting my middle American atypical hat on or trying to think like a republican. She did not “come” for them like say Hillary did. She is saying she respects everyone who has basic American values. In so many words it translated well. Very well. Whomever wrote that speech knows what they are doing. She made sure to include that she notices the regular folk. Police. Firefighters. Construction workers. She made sure to include these were her neighbors and she was molded by regular American life every single person can relate to. She didn’t overly sugar coat her life progression.
In so many words she has killed the DEI argument. Just totally obliterated or should I say eviscerated.. lol it. She walked us through her life or shit most of our own lives as she interprets it. Which she shown extreme contrast with Trump and the silver spoons of the world. It shows she is a hard worker and wants to establish the American dream again. She won’t be able to in reality the rich are too rich to allow the middle any more upward mobility.
Not everyone can be a billionaire but most want to be true middle class. Not too greedy like her nut job opponents like Trump/Musk/Vance that will step on anyone to get all the pie.
The dems really need to hammer this home this next 2 months. It will resonate with the reachable Everyman. Not everyone is reachable. Fuck them. Leave ‘em behind.
