Can’t believe the state of housing in Ireland. You have refugees in an 1800 century hotel and also they’re in tents on the street. Its like a kid packing for the holidays last minute, just shove em anywhere.
It’s like there is an unlimited flow of refugees and asylum seekers coming to this small island nation.
Hoteliers are profiting from the tax payers by housing them.
Second home owners are capitalizing on the lack of housing for tourists via airbnb and short term rentals.
Housing has become an investment vehicle that the regular citizen can now scarcly afford.
