Rebuilding old stuff doesn’t make them old. Honestly I would much rather have a functioning bus system and an expanded metro rather than all of that. I don’t think Yerevan’s government should spend the taxpayers money on projects like this. If there is a reputable private investor who is willing to spend his own money on the project that is fine.
