I swear to god, if one more special group of debtors is forgiven without revisiting and completing the promised relief from student loans, I will never vote again. And I give not one fuck

  2. I would rather see a concerted effort in lowering the cost of healthcare. I have a friend who is a landscaper and uninsured. He and his wife tried to get affordable insurance but the premiums and deductibles were quite high. He ended up having emergency gallbladder surgery and the bill was over 40k. In fact he checked out of the hospital two days before his scheduled discharge out of fear for what the bill would be. Sorry but something has to be done about this. I am all in favor of the hospital workers being paid well, but there is a medical industrial complex that is out of control.

  3. Paying for education up through high school via taxes = American.
Paying for higher education via taxes = communism.
Paying for police/roads/fire fighters via taxes = American.
Paying for health care via taxes = communism.

  4. Just give us a dignified public option for healthcare like every other 1st world nation. That’s the most effective way to end the horror of medical debt. People going bankrupt over health care cost in the United States is 100% avoidable.

Not a fan of Harris but I can get behind this. Medical debt shouldn’t be a thing.
