Bill Clinton became President *over 31 years ago* and is younger than Trump.

It is the most eternally funny thing that Trump spent the last years running against Biden as this “strong versus weak” narrative and hid his own age behind the fact that Biden was slightly older, only to have the script flipped and become the oldest candidate in history a few weeks ago.

I love that guy. I wonder how his health is. He’s looked frail ever since he had heart surgery.

  3. I was kinda sad seeing him up there. I remember him a few DNCs ago with great speeches in support of Obama. He made some good points tonight though.

Voting for Trump is like voting for an old man older than your grand father to be the president.

  5. > Do you want to build a strong economy from the bottom, up, and the middle, out — or do you want to spend the next four years talking about crowd size?

Is Bill a Silicon Valley fan?

Bill Clinton was president when I was eight years old. I’m nearly forty, and he’s still younger than Trump.

If he’s not going to pronounce her name right, they should just call him don-old every time.

Even Dan Quayle, who was elected Vice President *36 years ago*, is still younger than Donald Trump.

I’m not much for conspiracies, but there are some times I wonder just how much of this was planned behind the scenes?

All the press and Trump can bleat about is how old Joe is. Then he has a legitimate crappy debate. I don’t think that was thrown deliberately. Joe comes to the conclusion that he really should step aside while there’s still time to turn the tides. But they need to pick the right time to pull the plug, to maximize the advantage.

They start planning, while Joe does what many would “expect” him to do – adamantly deny that he’s dropping out. They know this will lead Trump right down the road of harping on his age at every rally. And Trump played right into their hands.

This is such an awesome Reverse Uno! Yank the carpet out from under him, turn the tables and go right for the “Too Old” jugular. And now Trump and his sycophants can’t get their equilibrium back.

There’s just something so Dark Brandon about all this LOL

  10. This should have been a theme through the whole convention. Everyone speaking just end with, …and I’m younger than Trump.

  11. I was watching Rugrats when Bill was president, now I’m approaching my mid-40s and he’s still younger than Trump.

Bill Clinton can still run the country 100x better than Trump could even imagine. He is a genuinely gifted politician – his personal weakness aside.

  13. >”The next time you hear him, don’t count the lies. Count the I’s — his vendettas, his vengeance, his complaints, his conspiracies … he’s like a tenor trying to get his lungs open by singing, ‘me, me, me, me, me.’ ”

Heh heh heh. This was a good one.

  14. Not only is he younger but he was impeached fewer times.

Also, it didn’t look like Clinton even needed to look at the teleprompter.

Bill’s speech was really good! I loved the humor and the hope. And he looks great! Especially considering what he’s been through with his health. It was great seeing him tonight.

  16. I was too young to be aware of him when he was President but damn, that boy’s got charisma! His speech was great tonight!

  17. Man all these heavy hitters at this convention has been insane, speeches from all these legendary past presidents, has this ever happened before? I’m so happy they’re hitting back at Trump and humiliating/savagely going after him.
