So it seems that Co-living isn’t subject to rent pressure zone rules?

Isn’t €2,850 for a studio just like, beyond Insane?

I feel the Dublin inquirer do really good journalism, and they’re well worth subscribing to, and that’s coming from a non dub.

    >studio apartment

    >two or three months for €2,850 a month

    >it usually expects three-months rent in advance

    >landlord considers those who stay there to be licensees rather than tenants

**Translation:** You will hand over all your money, months in advance, for the privilege of living in a dump without tenancy rights. Or you will be homeless.
