Hello, I have a problem and need your advice, I bought an AIO, "Arctic liquid III 360 iš "Itwork.lt" two weeks ago, when I received the product, I noticed that the packaging was slightly dented/damaged, but I did not expect that it would damage the product itself, because the only thing I needed before a fully functioning computer was the processor, so I did not fully unpack the cooler, I just opened the top to see what it looked like, and if there really was nothing not broken, everything seemed to be in order, after about 3 days I also received the processor, when I started assembling the computer I saw that the radiator was dented, so I didn’t even put it in or connect it, so I immediately contacted them "Itwork"according to her clients’ letters, they answer within the 1st working day, well… I had to wait 7 working days, still no answer, I started trying to call, also no answer, then after writing another letter, I got an answer that we are sorry for malfunctions because they "GETS IT" many letters and sent an address to send the product back to so that they can replace it, I was happy, I thought that everything would be solved here, but it turns out nothing, after 5 minutes, I get another letter only from someone else "Itwork" consultant that he apologizes for his colleague’s letter, but he didn’t see that the deadline was too long after receiving the package, so he won’t change anything and won’t help, immediately after seeing the damage to the package, I had to tell the courier that I wanted to fill out some form of compensation, but I didn’t really understand what he meant and where I needed to find that courier, because I sent it to the post machine, I tried to contact Omniva, but they also answered that the deadline from the collection of the package is too long and they can’t help, but I didn’t know what to do in such a case, because I haven’t encountered such a problem yet situation, so waiting for a response from "Itwork" lost all the time i could have applied to omniva. I am asking for any advice and help on what I can do in this situation.

Addition of information: Before buying the product, I wrote where you can leave a comment to stick a sticker or pack it additionally so that there are no problems, only a sticker was stuck so that it breaks and is sent in the box as seen in the photo, there was no additional packaging for protection.

  1. Paskutiniai atsiliepimai apie juos rekvizituose nėra patys geriausi, išėjo trečdalis darbuotojų, spėju gal ir koks vadovas pasikeitė, bet kiek turi gauti per dieną laiškų, kad savaitę nesugebėt atsakyt klientui. Gal bandyk kreiptis į vartotojų teises
