I suppose it depends on your definitions, but wasn’t Hayley Arceneaux the first person is space with a prosthetic (albeit internal)?

He lost his leg due to a motorcycle accident at 19 , went on to be a Paralympic runner and now he is an orthopedic and trauma surgeon. He is in training with the ESA in a program to study how disabled people can be astronauts. He has not been chosen for a specific flight yet.
