Major League Baseball star Ohtani Shohei of the Los Angeles Dodgers hit his 38th homerun of the season in Saturday’s game against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Ohtani has become the first Japanese player to homer against all 30 MLB teams.
Now in his seventh season in the United States, Ohtani had homeruns off 24 teams, mainly in the American League, while playing for the Los Angeles Angels through last season.
Ohtani hit his first homerun against his former team on June 21. He also belted homers against teams in the National League this season. The solo homer against the Cardinals completed the list.
