The border guards operate with the oldest and most outdated artillery in the Ukrainian armed forces, and yet they have done an excellent job through efficient coordination between all resources, with each shot being supervised by the command that received the targets through drone operators doing constant reconnaissance. With museum pieces such as the BS-3 field gun, KS-19 anti-aircraft gun and RAK-SA-12 rocket launchers, all border guard regiments have been a true steel border against the Russian army.
