    >“The people who were undecided have all collapsed towards Harris. The people who were weak Trump have all collapsed towards undecided. It’s a broad shift,” Luntz explained. The previously disenchanted voters Harris is adding to her coalition might not amount to more than a one- or two-percent change in the electoral pool. But that’s enough to tip the election for Harris, he said.

Who would have thought not running in a campaign of constantly bullying and complaints would shift the vote.

It’s amazing what a little common sense, party unity and showing good character can do.

  4. “If trends continue in this direction, Luntz suggested, Democrats may not only win the presidency and retake the House, but also cling on to the Senate…”

We can make this happen if people get out there and vote. There is a lot on the line.

  5. Democrats usually win when young voters come out to vote. The problem is the most reliable voters are the older groups who historically lean conservative. So everyone go out and vote blue!

Here is a clue for him: people are sick to death of all the divisive hate. It is dragging America down. If Trump and the GOP had an actual platform other than hating the “other” they might be able to compete. They don’t so they can’t. Take four years and A) get rid of Trump B) develop a platform for the working class that doesn’t start with cutting taxes on the rich.

I’m loving the fact that Trump and his sycophants can’t resist their racist, misogynistic nature by doubling-down on the “female-POC too dumb to lead” messaging.

I hope they ride that train full speed right over the cliff come November.

Turns out people like having a choice of something else than between two incredibly old white guys.

    Who woulda thunk ?

  9. I doubt we’ll ever know, but I wonder if anyone at all in the upper ranks of the Dems saw this in advance for what it appears to have been as of today – a very shrewd political maneuver that Trump has no counter for – vs. the shitshow it looked like from the outside in the time between the debate trainwreck and when Biden stepped down. In one fell swoop they rendered most of the Biden-bashing done to date irrelevant, gave the people for whom running a corpse against Trump wasn’t working a viable alternative, got the Hunter baggage off the table, and fried Trump’s brain to boot. Probably just luck given the Dems’ previous strategic failures.

  10. By the issues favor Donald, they just mean people are tired of inflation, right? Cause the fuck else does that mean, he’s advocating all kinds of stuff no one wants.

Trump is just an absolutely awful candidate that has very little swing voter appeal and has major problems with one of the largest demographics in the nation.

Biden looking and sounding every bit of how old he is was the biggest thing swaying swing voters. As soon as he dropped out, every attack Trump had against Biden was no longer applicable AND suddenly became a vulnerability of his own (Trump is also old as fuck, Trump also has mental capacity questions, etc.).

Democratic base became re-energized and those swing voters feel like they have someone they can fully support and feel good about supporting.. and that is why you saw a massive shift almost immediately.

  12. Donald Trump is a traitor ([Jan 6th](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/January_6_United_States_Capitol_attack)), a rapist ([E. Jean Carroll](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E._Jean_Carroll_v._Donald_J._Trump)), and a pedophile ([Katie Johnson/Jane Doe](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Trump_sexual_misconduct_allegations#Katie_Johnson/Jane_Doe_(1994))).

All of that is true and legitimate, but [this](https://youtu.be/yWf0u-ivyoY) video is made with AI and is fake, but I felt like I ought to throw it in there

“The issues and conditions favor Donald Trump”. Sure Frank, maybe in right wing disinformation fantasy world. What a stooge.

Is it really that surprising when the choice was between two REALLY old men and then one was replaced by a younger energetic candidate that seems more aligned with younger voters?

Yeah between the rapes and the corruption, and the nearly 40 felonies.. I think Trump took his own f****** lead away from himself

  16. I’m watching the DonOLD rally in Pennsylvania right now. All I’m hearing is she ,her, and me me me me me me me me me me me me. What a loser

  17. I am 66 years old and I have been waiting a long long time for a woman to be elected president. Please God, if you exist, bring victory to Kamala!

Trump has always been committing political suicide. It made him very popular for awhile since bamboozled people on the right started calling his brain farts a ‘breath of fresh air’. Now that everyone sees it for the ‘weird’ it really is, it’s just plain old political suicide again. An enraged and frightened Trump is not going to change for the better; only for the worse at this point.

Perhaps the reason Harris running has made such a big hullabaloo is that we haven’t been watching her campaign since the day after the election in 2020. Perhaps it would behoove both parties to just chill on campaigning until the election is actually nearing. It’s exhausting to hear about it non-stop for 4 years.

  20. We still need to win a supermajority in the Senate to do anything big. Is that even possible?

That or win a majority and get rid of the filibuster?

  21. Honestly, I just want politics to be boring again. Seeing idiots with Trump crap all over their vehicles or houses is weird. He’s not a sports team.

  22. Trump took massive advantage of people in their United States when the United States Constitution was not followed.

He incited riots an insurrection and a coup attempt. Why is recognition of these horrible event off the table?

He should have been barred from running for any political office, especially the presidency.
