So this is the sample of the letter or form given to my partner after civil office called her to come and complete her side of our marriage preparation visa process after they received my documents submitted at my home country, this form was given to her and was told to submit it to the immigration office, can someone please assits me if this is a good sign everything is going well or it means we have already been given the green light by the civil registry office for the immigration to give me the authorization to enter Switzerland to complete the rest of the process?

It says: “as soon as the fiancĂ© has entred Switzerland, the marriage preparation process can be continued”.
So it sounds like the civil office has given green light.
I don’t know if the immigration office can stil object to the visa after this / how likely that is.

translates to:
It’s possible to continue with the marriage prepare procedure as soon a as the fiancee has entered Switzerland.
Given your fiancee has to hand this in to immigration office. I guess it’s pretty much a green light for you to enter soon. At least they think your papers are okay and it’s no sham marriage.
But I’m no expert in this and there is more than one government office involved. So I would wait with booking tickets until the immigration office okays that too.
But I guess congrats and you can start thinking about what you want to bring with you.
