Realistically, this has 0 chances of ever happening. Once the DoD saw how good these mega constellations are, there’s no going back.

Stay the F away from my Starlink… FCC can’t do anything anyways, they can only interpret existing law, and have no jurisdictional power (as shown by how they do nothing ever about any sort of legitimate infractions. All they do is sell spectrum to the highest bidder now)
