It’s from the WWII memorial next to Mother Armenia in Gyumri. Google Translate doesn’t recognize the text, and I can’t figure it out with the Armenian keyboard.
It’s a translation from Russian “Имя твое неизвестно подвиг твой бессмертен” written by Sergei Mikhalkov and normally used on unknown solder memorials thru out former USSR.
