Found this on our vehicle. We thought it was a parking ticket but there isn’t any way to pay for anything. No one seems to know what it is or what to do with it other than go to the mysterious address.

This is not a ticket. This is a summons to appear within 7 days in the Misdemeanour Department of Poznań Municipal Police to receive a ticket or provide an explanation, under the penalty of initiating proceedings against you. You’re being charged with violating [article 92](https://sip.lex.pl/akty-prawne/dzu-dziennik-ustaw/kodeks-wykroczen-16788218/art-92) of the Misdemeanour Code
