Second one looks like Apostolov/Apostolova. It’s a surname or family name.
Over Bitola it seems like 4-th grade . If there are school kids on the picture, that is it.

1. Looks like “4th grade” (most likely refers to school grade) and “city of Bitolya”.
2. Mostly likely “Apostolova”, a female surname.
Edit: could also be male “Apostolov”, as pointed out by the others, in the past there were different spelling rules, adding a letter after a consonat at the end of a word.

First one is about Bitolya yes, second one says Apostolova, at least it looks like that which translates to apostle’s, probably has something to do with the freedom movement and the national apostle of independence and freedom Vasil Levski. Or like others said, a female surname.
