1- The ministre of High tech also visited Aragats Enterprise (a company that produces military equipment). He was informed about the **new reforms** and the new **production volumes**.
An Armenian made/developed+manufactured thermal monitoring device was showcased for FAGOT anti-tank systems, they say it’s 4x cheaper and the same quality as other systems outside the country.
They also talked about exporting the system (although I doubt it’s that good lmao)
They talked about expanding the enterprise, and new projects.
This is all due to government programs to increase funds provided for scientific and technical research in the defense sector.
2- Miinistry of High tech also said that they are introducing a new bill “on the midilitary industrial complex” (Which has been approved by the government already) to **simplify testing new technologies and developing them**
3- During the visit to the Davaro warehouse, the officials also talked about increasing government orders and **eliminating bureaucratic obstacles for the serial supply of drones in the army**. Which is something that you would remember if you’ve heard the interview of military-industrial CEO’s and experts talking about in an interview almost 2 years ago, complaining about how the government never had a system in place to buy stuff from Armenian companies, and sometimes it took months for a response. Let alone during the war, it took them too long to use Armenian made drones.
4- The drone they are taking a picture in front of is the Dev-3 loitering munition showcased in Armenia’s military expo. It is assumed to be inspired by the Israeli HAROP drone (Which was used successfully by Azerbaijan). A year ago, rumors circulated in Iranian tg channels (and subsequently Azeri channels) about Armenians testing new “drones inspired by Israeli UAV’s”
>The director of Armenia’s UAV manufacturer Davaro confirmed in 2020 that Israeli-made UAVs had been transferred to his company for study.
