I am from the UK, staying in a hotel in Muratpaşa, Antalya, until the 1st of August. In a car park near my hotel there is a litter of kittens. One of them is much smaller than the others and looks very unwell. He can not close his mouth so he struggles to eat and is very skinny. Today I gave him purée and cream food which he was able to consume.
Can anyone rescue him, or put me in contact with someone who can? I will pay any medical (and other) costs

Municipalities have veterinarians – Completely free since it’s a public service, but I don’t think their operators will understand you. 112 has multilingual operators but should never be used for non-emergencies. Maybe ask someone else to call the municipality for you.
[Antalya Muratpaşa Belediyesi (muratpasa-bld.gov.tr)](https://muratpasa-bld.gov.tr/birim-detay/veteriner-isleri-mudurlugu) Try to dial up the number here. It will connect you straight to the veterinarian services. Also call 444 80 07 (fetched from the same website, general services) to see if any of them speak English.
